Hmmm, no kidding....Guadalupe?

is that really it's name now? I do not think it was called that when I was there many years ago.....either way, my point is, the quality of care at UNLV Hospital Medical center is by far and away the best to be had in the greater Las Vegas area. Of course, if Billy (as a resident) develops or requires some sort of condition that requires care or surgery that is not URGENT but still important, he can head to Los ANgeles where there is a veritable cornucopia of fine, advanced medical centers/hospitals/clinics etc. Cedars Sinai is the Best there is, and just behind is both UCLA Medical Center and USC Medical Center.

San Diego is not too shabby either, and of course we all know that San Francisco is home to a number of world class medical institutions.

But Billy seems bright enough to know the best health plan is to simply not get sick or injured in the first place....right Billy?

Just got a postcard from one of my preferred casinos. Last month they did away with their lucrative multi-points days and now for October they cut me from $125 free play and $150 in food comps to $35 and $15. Looks like I have an opening on my dance card.

My best friends daughter had to go to LA once a month for treatment. Thankfully, the good people at McDonald House were there, saving them thousands in hotel bills alone.

After my stroke, I was in Spring Valley Hospital for a few days. My Dr. didn't have privileges there so the initial follow ups were a bit confused, but I'm very happy with the treatments I've gotten so far.

Paradise can be interpreted in different ways. When I go up to Vegas, "Paradise" for me is timing my visits from between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. to avoid the world's worst traffic gridlock. Gridlock that puts L.A. to shame. Rapid growth without the required accompanying traffic and infrastructure planning never works.

Paradise is the name of the area where the strip casinos are.
Most tourists don't realize it, but the only casinos actually in Las Vegas are the ones on Fremont and the Strat.
