Insider information is they didn’t pay the ransom and are installing a whole new system. I called to make reservation, picked up on first ring, checked status ( they have access to your info ), comp room, whole process 3 minutes.

The website is up partially up. I was able to get on my account. You can go on and book rooms. But, we dont have access to our rewards info or the list of trips.
The list of trips is now up.
