I always thought this property has great potential
Excellent Beach that hardly gets washed out during nor'eastern storms, plenty of surrounding land to expand to build a larger casino and more hotel rooms.
When Steve Wynn had the Golden Nugget there he purchase several blocks from the beach to Atlantic Ave.
I just wonder if the all the land is still included.
