carbs r not the issue ,its calories above maintenance needs , carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram protein has 4 calories per gram fat has 9 calories per gram ! its total calories in vs expenditure which matters . nothing else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
