If only hotels allowed their guests to bring their own silverware, we could put an end to this nightmare.
Can't you bring them in your suitcase?
I'm at the Borgata now. I did bring my own silverware. Because I didn't know to expect. Last night we ate in the new Amphora Lounge. The Borgata transformed the indoor pool area for the Gold, Platinum, and Noir members. They had a Buffet around the pool area and tables set up outside under a large tent. Last night was a gorgeous night for eating dinner. They gave us real silverware and the glassware was the very hard plastic glassware ( you know what I'm talking about, the expensive stuff ).
After dinner I went down and play VP. went to Moneyline Bar. The Bar was closed but the security guards let us played . Played a little on the casino floor.

Bad night I couldn't buy a card unless I went to the gift shop and purchase the whole deck.
The Borgata is not charging you some of the resorts taxes. Atlantic City did suspend some of the taxis during the virus.

This seems to be a bad omen. I would assume that you played a fair amount. If they cannot furnish playable machines on a Saturday night, I am bearish on earlier in the day, when I would patronize them. Anyone have any trips since? I like the environment and may stroll over from Harrah's.

For years I used to bring a sharp knife and a spoon to AC in my bag to cut fruit I'd bring along. I also brought a small jar of peanut butter, and after I was done playing, I'd sometimes cut up an apple and smear with peanut butter. When I was done I'd wash them and put them back in my bag. Nobody ever looked! Hey, we have to take care of ourselves.

Thanks. Nothing Burger for me, fortunately. Day trippers unaffected.
