What does this disclaimer even mean?
Sorry. The standard coin-in amount required to earn a base TC is $10 at video poker, $5 at reels.

But some full pay vp games require $20 or more to earn a TC. The multiplier rules appear to exclude the games requiring >$10 per TC. Which corroborates what you were told by the other player. For that particular promotion.

I complained to Rewards that my TCs were due on March 8. The robo reply was that the February promo "additional Tier Credits are due to deposit into Caesars accounts on or around 3/28/2023."
However, I play strictly full pay $20:1 TC. So if that disclaimer, which I have never seen, applies, I am screwed. I never came across the 3X multiplier on some other board. If I did, I'd at least have some clue why I am getting shafted.

IL Vodka: $19. Coin In: $3,750. It seems to be $25:1 TC on full pay games. 150 TCs. I quit 60% through.

Despite 166 TCs, full pay VP TCs cannot be applied towards promotions. Prosecco denied. No wine for us discerning players. To make matters worse, someone actually hit the RF! The old 1 in 47 came through for him. I popped in and out of bank, but it wasn’t my day.

A little whine? Do you prefer white, red, or blush whine?

I was certainly seeing red after my last trip given the loss. Passing Starbucks on the way out, I asked the barista for an ice water. He said without missing a beat, “$1.06.” I looked at him like he was crazy. He elaborated, “ I’m just telling you that it’s usually “1.06.” He honored my request and let me slide this time.

The water cup costs money, the water costs money, the nerve - free...

Too bad the steakhouse was in the other direction.

Actually, Morton’s is mere steps from Starbucks. Don’t let facts get in the way of a lame one liner.
