Maybe Ocean, but nit Harrahs or Hard Rock. Criteria must not include good paytables.

Yes, very hard strategy. Years ago the Atlantic City Hilton had this game. I hit a natural royal for $2,500 on a 50 cent machine. They didn't last long.

The $16,000 Ocean slots winner I saw would vote it first. But VP there and at HR is horrible. We have such narrow criteria that this overview is not truly relevant. They clearly bypassed Borgata to highlight the newbies, as many stories like this are prone to doing.

That list reminds me of the ones Strictly Slots used to put out. Half the magazine was advertising for Harrahs and by coincidence, they kept winning award after award.

Plenty of good choices without getting my head rocked by HR music or rolled by Ocean’s ripoff machines. Harrah’s paid off well today.
