“We’re going to bring things to the property that will lead to growth and revenue,” said Stephen Capp, executive vice president and chief financial officer for Twin River.

In other words- crappy VP pay tables and less choices- among other things. I urge all knowledgeable VP players to boycott non-FP paytables at this property.

The vibe has really devolved into the old Showboat or Atlantic Palace. Downscale, nondescript and bland. I can still come away about even after an hour of play, which is comforting. The employees are overall glum, lack energy and have a death warmed over look. It's night and day walking into an Ocean or Borgata. Yes, it's time to worry about pay tables. When they go, I am right behind them. The convenient locale is not worth a likely weekly bust. There's slightly negative and there's unplayable.

That's funny, as the pre-Harrahs Showboat was my favorite AC casino. I never got into Bally's. Never stayed there and only ate at the buffet one time. The only good thing I can say about Bally's was they had a nice waiting room for buses.
I wish them well.

Yeah, I just meant the play. I did Showboat at the very end. No customers and corresponding cold machines. Fun music. Nice restaurants; many memories there.

Yes, it’s very funereal today. I really should stay away until next year.
