I just read that NJ is one of five states that have nearly half the new cases of covid. Does that inspire you to relax things?

Bring them on.
Currently the riskiest spot in Vegas is the row of slot machines bordering the buffet at South Point, because that's where all the buffet diners step out to for their smoke breaks.
