I heard that the casino marketing and host look at a combination TIME, COINS THRU, AND THE DENOMINATION of play in ranking a player. They have some math formula for THEORETICAL LOSS.

Yeah, I heard Average Daily Theoretical, the average amount gamblers lose per day for gambling activity. Your value to the casino, based on your average daily play. We're better off bimonthly with twice the bankroll. But it's a weekly itch. What is your average session time, btw?

Sometimes I'll do 3 or 4 hours in the afternoon have dinner in the Amphora lounge. Then play in the late evening, early morning for about 3 or 4 hours. Depends on how the money holds out.FAA wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 4:28 pmI heard that the casino marketing and host look at a combination TIME, COINS THRU, AND THE DENOMINATION of play in ranking a player. Seven hours per trip racks up units and keep you firmly on their radar. I will try to give them a 2.5 hour session tomorrow, the most I can realistically play. The best feature of their machines is utmost control. An initial hour at quarter level will likely keep you solvent while planning your next moves.

I managed to break even on single line today. Nice to check in and give them some play, see familiar faces, etc. My low tops were taken by a really obnoxious family. But I had a great time tapping into those by the taps. The bad news is that they are installing 24 large noisy looking machines just outside the bar. It should be quite the living hell if even a fraction of them are in use. MGM will never leave well enough alone.

An eyesore in the making. It’s like a looming scourge. The robots have taken over. Hopefully, they won’t be busy during my day trips. I can foresee them getting strong business at night.

As Ray Liotta said in Goodfellas, " everyone has to take a beating every now and then". I took one Friday afternoon on the JOB multi strikes at Borgata . 4 hours, no topline quads, couldn't get off the bottom line for long stretches. Lost 1k. In spite of that, I'll be back to get them next time.Carcounter wrote: ↑Fri Aug 06, 2021 6:52 amGoing down to Borgata to work on 9/6 JOB multi strikes this afternoon. Report on Monday.

You really earned those comps. I'd simply leave for a boardwalk massage after the first hour. Did you ever switch machines? It sounds like you never even got close to even at any point. Is the top hand the most important one in multi strike? I don't know anything about it. All I know is triple potential pain.

Yes, a topline quad is a $250 hit. The equivalent of a two dollar full coin play. A couple of them can make your day.FAA wrote: ↑Mon Aug 09, 2021 9:04 amFriday afternoon Borgata JOB multi strikes. 4 hours, no topline quads, couldn't get off the bottom line for long stretches.
