I was looking forward to the online gaming. Last night, the first night it was allowed I visited all the casinos that were approved. They all had the same slot games and none of the slots that are available in the real world casinos, just some made up version of what some programmer thinks a slot machine might be.
The video poker offered jacks or better, double bonus, double double bonus and deuces. But whichever game you choose you can only play one hand at a time at $10 a hand.
They obviously need more games, but since all the slot games are the same I don't think that the casinos partners are actually writing the software, but buying it from someone else. I just hope that that someone else has enough resources to produce what is needed fast.
AC Online a big disappontment

Update: After further investigation I found out you can actually bet as low as $0.10 per hand. It was only in the demo mode that it was $10 per hand. But you can still only play 1 handed games.

this is a massive work-in-progress which truly will not be fully ready for at least another year, as more and more casinos need to be approved or find approved partners (right now only 5 of AC casinos are in....) When I was in AC this past week they were all talking about how "slow and gradual" this was going to be, since they need to ensure NO ONE outside the state gains access to the gaming sites, a not-too-easy task. Plus, you are right jersey michael, they need a dialogue between programmers and casino execs and players, in order to offer something online that makes us wanna play!
