Easily digestable article. What they should stop doing is continually comparing revenues to past years when there were 4 more operating casinos. With online gaming slow to catch on in New Jersey leads me to believe that people still dont have the same disposable income as they once may have had.

I guess people still haven't had the desire to head back to Atlantic City Boardwalk to see the diving horse...

Asbury Park Press keeps things simple. It makes sense that Taj rose big time. They offered a ton of incentives to get on board, and their proximity to two of the shuttered casinos makes the shift a bit smoother and more palatable. And hey, once you lose, hit the food court and take comfort in the carbs. I think it was interesting to show that overall AC gambling revenue is down over 8%. A lot of people just got disgusted with the sudden implosion and bailed. Peace out!
