Heck yes. While leaving Resorts Sunday afternoon, about fifty walked down the side street in matching red shirts and signs. The end is near.

Boops has a good point:pickets cannot be on private property, they have to stay on public property.

Of course the boardwalk is AC's main drawing card for many. If you value that experience, be prepared for a red sea strikers, mirroring the Taj's sea of red ink.

That seems likely. They did not exactly move with any sense of urgency when I saw the sizable gang on Sunday afternoon. It seemed like a dispirited bunch just going for appearance's sake.

FAA if they don't show up to picket they get in trouble with their union.

Unions have been known to hire homeless or unemployed to do picket duty. I recall a Vegas union picketing a large casino and calling attention to the fact that the workers made little more than minimum wage with little in the line of benefits. Turned out the picketers were day laborers, at minimum wage with no benefits.
Who pickets the pickets?

I see. This was pro forma picketing then. And possibly with half the contingent ringers!
