Ok, Let's see if anybody on the board remembers positive games that used to exist in AC. Just the base game with no cashback, promotions etc. Here is what I remember. 10/7 DB for dollars at Trump Plaza. Was first downstairs in the east casino, then they moved them upstairs to the high limit area. Sands had a single 10/7 DB upstairs for quarters. All Americans for quarters and dollars at Caesars. All Americans for quarters at Trump Plaza. Supposedly for dollars as well, but I never found them. Paired with .67% cashback, a nice play for rec players.Double Bonus double jackpot at Showboat and maybe Resorts? Borgata also had a bank or Kings or better Jokers with a progressive for 5 of a kind and a full $1,000 for quarters for a natural royal. Did very well on those while they lasted-maybe 3-6 months, can't remember, other than I hit 3 5oak's for about 1,200 each and 3 natural royals for 1k each in that short time, just going down once a week. Also 9/6 JOB dollar progressive at Bally's Park Place Poker area. Hit that for 5k once. Also dollar full pay pick'ems at Bally's at 99.95%, almost positive on it"s own. 9/5 Double Jokers dollar triple play at Bally's high limit room. Base game was 99.97%, but with promotions like 3x cashback, a nice play if you had the bankroll. Anything else anyone remembers?

Back in those days, I saw the same people every Friday afternoon down in AC. I knew they were AP's and I struck up conversations with them. Somehow I found the same plays on my own, so I knew I was doing something right. One husband and wife couple were retired teachers and the husband in particular was very math proficient. I'm sure they had nice pensions and all that so AP'ing for them was a hobby. Said they made 50-100k a year. I had no reason to doubt them, they lived down there and were at the casinos as often as they had a play. I never asked them to show me any of their other plays as I was only down once a week or so for a 3-5 hour session and as a rec player was happy with my small edge. It worked out well for me those years.
