Once again, thanks Jim for posting this information....it is both interesting and thought provoking.

The vast majority of these involve denominations that the vast majority of players either play or can afford....that's the first thing that jumps out at you when you allow yourself to think about and analyze this list for more than a minute or two....

One also wonders, considering the fact there are now Nine (9) Casino/Resorts operating in AC, how does the overall frequency, as well as actual dollar amount(s) of these large machine jackpots compare with a similar sized slice of a market such as Vegas, or even Reno? How about a different limited or localized market like the Gulf Coast, Pennsylvania or Florida? My wondering is simply based on the longstanding perception and complaint by many gamblers and customers that, compared to other gambling markets, AC does not produce nearly as many winners. From my first visit to AC in early 2009 to my last gambling-centric visit to AC nearly 2 years ago ( a period of over 7 years) I have seen this view and perception of AC remain unchanged. Cab drivers, Bus drivers, bar tenders and waiters, dealers (table games and Poker), ad of course other players ALL seemed to echo in general the opinion that AC is simply not as gambler friendly as other gaming locations. Of course, my own personal experience and results, from 2007 thru 2016 confirmed this in my own mind.

Obviously, SOME players do win....but what is the comparison to other similar markets??? I'd really like to find some info to determine this....if anyone out there knows or has ideas concerning this general topic, please share it with the forum!

** Please note, I meant to say in the above post that the denominations are the ones that most players CANNOT afford, or simply do not play. sorry.

The only time I was every in AC was 1983, played at the Golden Nugget. How many casinos are left that are right on the ocean?

Felt like jumping in after today's $250 Straight Flush! Seriously, nullifies -$330 two weeks ago. Hail Merciful Caesars!
