Yep. Lio over cooked them too. His short order cook was out shopping for eggs and the shelves were bare. I had my last poached eggs yesterday. We didn’t feel like paying 7 bucks a dozen for the 2 boxes of Organic eggs that were left. Hope they can restock soon. Poached eggs keep me going all day. If I just have cereal, or worse a donut or pastyy, I get hungry in 2 hours. Thats carbs/ sugar for ya. Guess I will stick with Oatmeal and raisens for now. With cinnamon of course.
