True. The merger needs approval of Caesar's and Eldorado's shareholders. In addition, gaming and trade regulators also need to approve. Assuming everyone agrees, the merger is expected to be final in the first half of 2020.

I’m not even staying Platinum. AC competition is really blowing their comps away.
