-.3%, -.1%, -.2%. We did book a weekly gain. Default is unlikely. We hope.

Added a bit more AWF. Default fears killing the market for now. The Treasury the other day said default would cause at least an immediate 25 percent decline in the market. I am not completely disagreeing but if they have a crystal ball that works, I would love to borrow it.

Yeah, the carnage would actually be that bad. AWK at $141 is decent. I also have some underperforming stock.

AWK dividend is too small for my taste. P/E seems a bit high too.

Holy cow, yes. 31 is absurd for a freaking water company. Their revenue streaks literally a stream. That’s it. What is going on?

Good news, Olds. Our AWK and TEL are $146 and $132 amid the rally. Almost break even on both.

Buying BABA lately as it is set to explode. In case I am too early I have a stop loss at 84.50. If I get kicked out with my stop loss I will buy back in once momentum shifts. Long term this is a stock I want to be in.

FAA…. Yes TEL ok. It AWF I have. Not AWK. AWF has solid 8 percent dividends. Mine is long since free. Have owned it since 1999 and it is the same price as then, but if someone had bought 5,000 worth of AWF in 1999, at 8 percent a year, that’s close to 37,000 today cash value. I added some recently 9.62 a share. I dumped my Ford today. It may have a ways to go yet up, but I took my quick 24 percent profit in a month and ran. They still do great selling their gas powered Trucks all over the world. Being bled on the EV side at the moment. Just opened an EV factory in Germany. I was prepared to take their 4.25 percent dividend and wait, but I didn’t have to. It’s pretty funny. My brother has a wealth management group handling all of his stock investments. Their picks and mine are polar opposites. I have always handled my own affairs. Not always successful of course or I wouldn’t be playing quarters at the casino. There was one funny one from today. I bailed on Ford as I described above. They told my brother to sell Ford at 14 today even though they told him to buy it at 21 not that long ago which he did. I told my brother to do what he wants of course, but why sell today? You have all year to sell and take a tax loss, in the interim sit back and collect the big dividend, or even sell it now for the tax loss and buy it back after 30 days to avoid the wash sale rule. It may even go up. You have all year to decide what to do. I forget the details. I think some of his holdings they control and buy or sell for him and a few he dabbles with on his own, but asks them what to do. Pretty much one big dice game for everyone

The market is doing great this year nasdaq 100 up 27 percent and s and p 500 up close to 10 percent. However, if you don’t own the top 5 performing companies and I don’t, you may still be only about even. So anyway, I went with safe over 5 percent CDs and added a few stocks as a dividend play and hope to nail 10 percent or so while I wait
Here are the ones I bought recently in case anyone wants to check them out. I already nailed Ford as described above. I’m not recommending just giving info so the gang can do their own homework.
BGS. Div 5.66 percent
Pru. 5.75
Key. 8.26
Awf. 8.08
Peak. 5.78

Good Luck. And good luck in VP too. Above all stay safe and well. Olds.
