Why would you think I'm offering financial advice? I realize you have a bug up your ass the size of your head but where have I offered anyone financial advice? If I write something, it's to share a story, not to offer financial advice. What I do, works for me. I know it works, be cause I'm not a miserable son of a ***** like you. If I someday end up like you, hopefully someone will do me a favor and put me out of my misery, instead of allowing me to broadcast it to the world.
If you want advice- find a job you love and spend less than you make. In the end you'll be happy and have more money than you need. Or be a miserable SOB and hate everyone who sees the world differently than you.

excuse me, but i followed the advice of those who have been successful. we have our share and more.
not someone who has had multiple career changes, with little or no proven success, someone who first came to this site touting how it was better to RENT than to own, someone who was going to beat the casinos, described 'hanging out' with proven/winning gamblers, left with his tail between his legs and has ended up in some two bit town, dumpster diving for items to sell on ebay. and now, he touts owning over renting.

I have never toted anything. I explained how in my circumstances, I was better off renting a place than owning. You disagreed,attacked me personally and made up lies about me. It was obvious you knew nothing about the real estate market in Las Vegas but you continued to post patently false information, even after others corrected you.

Now I live in a town voted the best small town in America and one that is listed amongst the best places to visit in the South West and you continue to lie.
I create jobs and opportunties. You make stuff up. I've asked you before how many business's you' have started and how many jobs you'e created but frankly, with your track record of making stuff up, why would anyone believe you?
