I have an occasional bad headache coupled with body ache. Because of another medication that I've been on since 1999 I cannot take aspirin for the headache. I am constantly tired and sleep alot but I'm also tired of sleeping but I need to. I have no appetite and some days I just haven't had the urge to eat but I know that I need to eat. I had forgotten how good a bowl of chicken soup goes down.

They say 10 days and this should run its course for me. I'm just so thankful that I do not need to be hospitalized. I notified my primary physician earlier today of my positive results.

Thanks all.
Ted I got something that will help with the headaches. I've had migraines since suffering a concussion while playing baseball in Jr High. Two teaspoons of Benefiber in 4-8 oz. of a beverage, hot or cold. Hot cocoa works best because it's got caffeine in it. I'll get to the science of why it works in a minute.
They didn't have anything that helped with migraines, that I knew of, so I used to take Aspirin, Tylenol and No Doze, which was very hard on the stomach. So I usually had a bowl of cereal with it.
I discovered this fiber solution quite by accident. It was the year we moved into our current home, 1993. I'd read about grapefruit pectin helping clear arteries, so I started taking that in my drink....it was nasty, my wife refused to drink it (she's smarter than me). It's really gritty and tasted like grapefruit skin.
One morning I woke up with a migraine. Those are the worst ones, because it means I slept though the light aura that precedes my migraines, so I was having full fledged migraine. So I put my pills in a bottle top fixed my drink and cereal and got the morning paper to read while I ate breakfast.
When I finished reading the USA Today, I realized I had forgotten to take the pills, and....my headache was gone. The only thing I had done different was drink that yummy grapefruit pectin, how could this be? So I logged into America Online on my Packard Bell Ledged 125 and went to the website to see the studies. Soluble Fiber works by feeding enzymes and beneficial bacteria. They pass through the intestines into the bloodstream, and clear out the arteries by eating debris, plaque, clots, or too much fat clogging up the arteries.
The next time I had an Aura, I just took the drink mix, to be sure. When they came out with Benefiber I tried that, and it worked. I have since found that you can add 1 scoop of Power Beets, a Nitrate Oxide Stimulator. Opens up the arteries and lowers the blood pressure. By the way, I buy the store brand of powder, works just as well.
Get well soon!

What does any of this have to do with gambling in AC? Where TKOL has likely never been?

Actually I've been to Atlantic City many times FAA, how many times have you played in Detroit? I've been there too...

If one could avoid a headache by pounding down power beets and other good stuff then maybe there would be less mistakes holding the correct cards on old sticky and non working button machines. Lord knows there are enough distractions in a casino and especially parts of A/C to add to a headache and make it worse.

Yeah, it’s A&E. But these tangents are still distracting given the thread title. Go figure! Anyway, bigger fish to fry.

Yep....your bigger fish is that hand pay. Make it a nice Halibut steak. Better than a 1200 on the nose Tilapia. For some reason, playing my Martingale Clone method, I hit more 1200 on the nose hand pays than any other number. Of course that generates a W-2G. Very lean times since covid. Only one hand pay since 7/16. Probably over 200,000 hands since then. I would say we are both due FAA, but due and done are 2 different animals.

I traveled in $8,000 RF territory last week. But I quickly saw how foolhardy a gambit it was. Looking forward to some Harrah’s success today. Then on to Borgata or Bally’s.
