That's actually one of the nicer terms that Advantage Players use for the run of the mill casino player. Would you prefer "rubes'"?
To me, ploppies are the loudmouths like the blackjack player that's berates you playing basic strategy correct like for properly hitting 12 vs 3 and such but yet they stand plays like on A7 vs 9 or higher. But yeah, civilians is just the nicer term for it.
Back on topic, MHB slots are a great for casinos just for the reason I described in my previous post. Pseudo-AP's get on them too early thinking they're good enough to play.
