Arizona Republicans hold a hearing.....

on the election, on the day that Arizona certified the results.
Unable to get the Republican Legislature to provide them a room for a real hearing, a bunch of Republicans decided to rent out a hotel ballroom and conduct what they called a joint hearing of elected representatives. They announced it would be open to the public, but then said only registered republicans would be admitted. The local radio station covered it, at least at the beginning. About two dozen state legislatures showed up and they wasted a good hour introducing themselves and swearing fealty to trump. Then RudyG gave a long winding speech where he said the evidence was overwhelming and just went on and on and on. It appeared that he was accidentally rereading an earlier part of his speech at one point as he literally stopped mid-sentence and then went off on a tangent.
The first witness was a supposed cyber-technology expert, but when I googled him I found nothing.
Right off the bat, he stated he had not examined even one machine in Arizona but that he had been called as an expert witness in a similar case in Michigan. A case that was laughed out of court.
Rudie would ask him a leading question, the guy would start to answer and Rudy would interrupt him to ask a different question. Two minutes in, Hugo Chavez was being discussed and the radio host had had enough. He had a Democrat in studio who was supposed to discuss thing during a break but the guy said he would let the proceedings speak for themselves.

Rudy G tests positive for Covid, and now the entire Arizona legislature has shut down for at least a week.
Ghules choose to be maskless at the meeting in spite of the governors' orders to wear them, and posed with two dozen Republican lawmakers, all of whom took off their mask for the photo.
Rudy G. The gift that keeps on giving.
