Speaking of Ground wars in Asia, I lost over a dozen high school classmates in Viet Nam including my best friend I grew up with since age 7. We did have a big class of over 300 but still. I can’t see us fighting another ground war in this day and age but you never know. Besides drones and robotics, I suspect we will fairly soon have robot soldiers. The next major skirmishes or wars could also very well be cyber related.
