Re: Events that are millions if not billions to one
300M:1 $1.35B Mega Millions event completely failed. I had three of the five. If one was on top line, I would have broken even. Draw: 11, 30, 45, 52, 56, MB 20. 30 and 45 repeated from the prior draw.

$1.58B Mega Millions. I did hit all five numbers, across ten games. Net Day: -$18.

I won $8 (spent $30) by hitting 33 and the 14 mega ball.
In the previous two drawings I spent $30 each and won $0. I think I've beaten the odds (in the bad way).

You surely opted for Megaplier. I would have won $4 and spent $30. $20 loss limit to pick two thirds of the field and dream for a day. Who knew that half the field would be untouched?
Florida with no state tax is the perfect state for the winner, who will net $493.5M.

Yes, I had to play the Megaplier. I knew I wouldn't win the bajillion but 2 million seemed like a real good shot.

I was completely unrealistic as well. The draw was absurdly front loaded. The last 37 numbers were completely unused.

Didn't and wouldn't play it. That jackpot still wasn't worth it considering the humongous variance.

Sure. But at that size, it just becomes a national event and it’s fun to be involved.

Here's another unusual one. Today, playing the weekly game on this site, 100 line super times pay, I drew to a suited Ace-Jack, and was very surprised to hit not one, but two, royals.
