On the news they were saying Putin may have gone crazy. Even if you're Russian and he's on your side, it must be terrifying for your leader to be mentally compromised.

Another issue is actually getting the promised aid into Ukraine before Russia becomes entrenched. We’ll be cutting it close.

That’s for sure. We were a net exporter until you know who took office. I pray for those brave people over there. Putin is a true demon.

While they can always use your prayers, they are in desperate need of money. Money to help the displaced, money to handle the refugee crisis and money to buy arms to defend themselves. There are many charities in place.
