Caesar's Sinks To New Low

Just got back from Atlantic City. Really enjoyed my time at Borgata. I was chatting with another player who told me he was at Tropicana in Atlantic City and had lost his players card so he went to get a replacement When the lady gave him his card he asked for a bungee cord. She told him there is a 2 dollar charge for the bungee.

I just shook my head in disbelief. He told her to what she could do with the cord, handed the card back to her and said goodbye.

This is what Caesar (Eldorado) has become I am afraid. They cut back all the benefits making seven star not worth the effort. I just use them for free rooms but that may not last for me as I hardly play there anymore. This is how you ruin a once good company.

That’s really bad. They will probably soon charge VP players 5 bucks for the cord! 2 bucks for slot people.

Good one, olds!.

I didn't know bungee cords were supposed to be free, but then I've never used one. Somehow I would get myself entangled, and they would have to call in the jaws of life -- which may not be free either.

I assume that lanyard is the $2 item. I am not a fan either, but if a Seven Stars wants one, just comp it. Or even a Diamond. Whatever makes them more disposed to donate.

John "dinghy" Doe died earlier today in Las Vegas NV. He leaves a wife, # kids and a $400,000 jackpot unpaid when he tragically asphyxiated while waiting for a slot attendant to respond to a "CALL ATTENDANT" alert at a high limit Video Poker machine. Witnesses say he somehow became entangled in a slot card bungle cord...next of kin Clark Griswald said during a buffet meal that funeral arrangements are pending.

It is possible, but could only happen if I accidentally pressed MAX BET on the 100-play machine I selected because it allowed me to play only 1 line :geek: .

We gave up on Caesar's years ago. This latest pettiness doesn't surprise me. CET finds new ways to alienate their clientele.

I’m enjoying the good drink service in the Harrah’s AC high limit room. I had a Coors Light draft. No bottles, just 8 oz cups. Then a superb Nutty Irishman. Pay tables subpar because they can get away with it, so it is advisable to drink up as long as you can handle it.
