With regard to the shutdown... that should be obvious.
I've always believed Congress should not get their paychecks until they pass a balanced budget.
It's been 24 years since that happened.

Yes.
Some have stated that they will not accept it as long as the G is down.

They are all lawyers (one rung below used car salesman) do you think they would not have covered that loophole

Union BA's (Business Agent) get paid during a strike and I'm quite sure none of them are lawyers, lol...

I read today that only 27 percent of the Govt shuts down. The rest operates pretty normally. I didn’t get the details.
