Tragedy in PARIS

The horrific, terrible events in PAris yesterday are now being utilized by anti-immigrant people to justify SHUTTING OUT and not helping the large number of refugees that have been fleeing Syria the past year.......I find this to be both (1) a wrongheaded slap at the (poor, sick and destitute) refugees fleeing for their lives from the chaos in Syria; and (2) a insult to the innocent victims who perished in Paris during the attacks by wrongly placing the blame at the feet of people who did not do it while ignoring the REAL actual culprits (ISIS and Islamic extremists in general)!First off, Does everyone realize and understand that it is precisely this type of violence (that which happened in PAris yesterday) and extremism that the refugees are FLEEING FROM in the first place????? The poor people fleeing Syria and Iraq are trying to escape the random, chaotic violence that ISIS and similar terrorist organizations perpetrate, and it is wrong to actually believe that these victims would themselves immediately (and senselessly) perpetrate similar acts upon reaching a "Safe" haven like the country of France and city of Paris..... AT the same time, it should be painfully obvious, given the size, scope and sophistication of the actual attacks and violence in Paris that this was no mere random, on-the-fly impulsive action, that it was perpetrated by a large organization of people hell bent on causing mayhem and death, and could not be the work of POOR, bedraggled, sickly refugees without a pot to **** in .....! Among My point(s) here is this cold, sobering, and sad fact: Of course, it is quite possible that, mixed in amongst the thousands of refugees fleeing syria for the safe haven of Europe are a handful of "bad apples", and that screening and filtering and weeding out these "bad apples" from the rest of the turly innocent victims is a tough and difficult job......but in no way does this tough job justify outright abandoning and ceasing to help the thousands of refugees fleeing Syrai/Iraq.......Instead, what I believe needs to happen, is a major overhaul of how Europe (and the world) is dealing with this crisis......I think they need to consider the idea of a Billionaire from Egypt who offered to "buy" a ISLAND in the Mediterranean sea and plop the several Hundred Thousand refugees there in camps stocked with food, water, shelter and basic nedical care......this would contain the people, get them out of harms way, but also allow the European governments the chance to actually (and thoroughly) "VET" the refugees to find any possible troublemakers, before assimilating them into the various European societies.......This is not an unrealistic or unattainable goal, and it could be accomplished in many different ways, and doe snot actually NEED the Billionaire to fully commit to actually DOING what he proposed......the European union could simply implement such a plan on its own and does not need the help of a Wealthy individual (although such a thing HELPS, at least in the short term....) Perhaps the recent tragedy in PAris will galvanize people to start thinking in serious, yet creative terms to solving the actual problem(s) at hand.......
