I assume that everyone played Powerball yesterday. Any luck with low level prizes as we now strive for the billion dollar plus jackpot? No wins with my ten tickets yesterday.

I would not care to discuss powerball after last Wednesday night's drawing: my ticket was 2 numbers off on each of the first 3 numbers and I had the last 2 numbers right on. Rats.....

I'm proud to say I have never ever purchased a lottery ticket in my life, not ONE....zero, zilch, nada, zippo.....If people actually want to complain and bemoan the spendthrift ways of Government these days (all government, State, Local.....federal too, but not quite as much as the other levels) all one has to do is examine how LOTTERIES have impacted government spending over the decades and you will see that they become addicted to the fast cash of lotteries, such that once they spend lottery revenue on one set of priorities, they want to keep doing it, and pretty soon the Lottery revenue is not enough so they expand it to include even more forms and methods....then when that is saturated, the only thing left to do is TAX some more in other areas. It's a vicious cycle........So thumbs down on lotteries......boo hiss Lotteries. Bad Lotteries....very bad.

So I was at a pizzeria right outside Trenton and over heard these two state workers talking about how the lottery is fixed, I thought something was up because a few years back I always would hit the pick four a few times a year but now I'm always losing. Now I know why.

jeter did you notice if the New Jersey Gaming Control office in that pizzeria was closed or not? Hmmm.....maybe we should investigate on Tennessee Avenue?

2 numbers off on each of the first 3 numbers and I had the last 2 numbers right on.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------About the same here. In one game, the second and last. Just a bit off on the other three. I wanted a $7 win to defray a third of my cost at least!

DB, I agree with its failings. But won't you relent at this purse level? A bill pays all the bills!

ok, i totaled a whopping 1, one, not two, uno number on all tkts combined.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------How many tickets? If you pick, fifteen tickets cover all the numbers. Then you could really second guess yourself when they are non linear!
