Been playing a lot of 7-5 JOB at a local bar. Two reasons, 4OAK wins a wheel spin for an extra 25-150 coins,
and off hours, they have a play $20,get $20 in freeplay offer. The bartenders know me now, so as soon as the $20 is on the meter, they just dump in the other $20.
Another stop has a $10 matchplay for both slots and table.
Bill,

That was from 2017. Do these promotions still exist? I will be in Vegas soon and would like some free money for my play. My wife and I played at Ellis Island last year.

Sadly, those are gone, but others have replaced them. Timbers was the pub, but they discontinued the $20 in, get $20. They rebooted their games and no longer offer much in promotions.
Longhorn still gives out matchplays but you now have to register them with the players club and it is one per week, plus the coupons are pretty scarce.

Bill,
Thanks for the info. I picked up two American Caino Guides for the coupons and have a few days planned out for the freeplay and match play.

Are any of these lunch buffets good? They are 2 for 1 priced:
California hotel
Fremont
Arizona charles boulder
Arizona charlies Decatur
Gold coast
Rampart
Aliante - been there before

Of those, I've only eaten at Rampart. I personally like it but it has a bad rap. I'm not a big buffet person anymore.

The California will probably send you across the street to Main Street Station. It is an ok buffet in my opinion.

Thanks Bill and case. We will eat lunch at those two.

Match Play Question:

For the Match Play coupons, I was thinking of playing roulette with my bet on black and my wifes on red. That guarantees a win unless 0 or 00 hits. Any thoughts on that play? We don't play black jack and I wouldn't want to play one hand and run to the next casino.

It also lowers the value in half. Gamble.

We're going to Vegas on March 16th. Any tips and advice? We haven't been there for 15 years. Looking for deals, discounts, coupons, and gaming tips.
Thanks!

Where are you staying and will you have access to a car? Sadly, most strip casinos now charge for parking.
