Did Tampa Hardrock Tighten Their Rewards Pgm?

Whenever we visit the HR, me and the wife always have the same amount of bankroll.
And we always play with with our player card in.
For the rewards program, specifically the give away's, we both always have been eligible. However, for the past year or so, she has not gotten any offers, but I have. As I mentioned above, we both gamble the same amount.
Have they gone to the "one give away per family" limit? How do other casinos handle this same scenario?
It kinda pisses me off.
