I've never heard of DDB DW where it costs 6 coins to play --- it is certainly not on the Video Poker for Winners software.
There is a DB DW game --- 5 coins --- and if you were playing it in a Super Times Pay variation it would cost 6 coins per line.
Where did you see this game? Do you have a picture of the pay schedule?

In addition to a couple Deuces Wild pay schedules, it pays at least equal to DDB for natural quads and pays 6 coins instead of 5 for three of a kind, whether wild or natural.
On the page cited above, there is a link to a discussion on the Wizard's blog that was started back in 2016. The EVs for the two pay schedules identified were 97.42% and 98.70%.
There is one website that seems to have software for this game, though I have not tested this software myself:

An interesting hold that seems unique among games that I have seen comes with a dealt hand of three aces and two wild cards. With this hand, I think the best play, at least with the better pay schedule, is to keep one of the deuces and toss the other, holding AAA2. It is a risky play forgoing the certain quints for the chance at the quads with kicker, but if you want to maximize EV you make the rare play of holding only one of two wild cards. I've seen strategies on other games (Deuces and Joker comes to mind) where you toss a wild card to try for a natural royal flush, but I believe this is the first of this kind that I've seen.
You can download a demonstration app for free. If I recall correctly, many games have multiple common pay schedules. And I believe that you can create your own.
I think that would be a mistake. Hands that have the best chance to lead to natural quads have a higher EV in this game than regular Deuces Wild. For example, you would want to hold a pair of aces, threes, or fours over holding a 4 Flush as they are no doubt higher in value than they would be in a regular deuces wild game. Probably not if you are intentionally planning on making non-optimal plays. But, of course, that would depend how far from optimal and how frequently you would make those plays. I'm also assuming that by "yield," you mean "expected value," since your results will vary from expected.
A lot of strategy is similar to Deuces, but the natural quads paying 250 or more changes some big decisions up.
