The jackpot adds 2.2% or so, added to a 97.2% game.

That puts it into the "not terrible but not great" range, but keep in mind:

The game is extremely difficult. You have to be an expert to play it well. Sorry Steve, but your posts here do not imply you're an expert.

The regular game has a sky-high variance. Adding a 1-in-700,000 jackpot to it jacks up the variance all the more.

Spin poker is not a fast game. Playing 500 base hands per hour implies a 1,400-hour cycle. going 3 or more cycles without success isn't that rare. Even if you put in three years of full time play on this game, somebody else can come along and pick off the progressive by luck.

no but it was my wifes game, and your right about the variance 2.25 a turn can be costly in a few hours of play
going to stick with the boring old 8/5 bp
