I think they already have tightened. I was at the Borgata last Thursday and Friday. I put over $1200 into video poker and played for four hours and the last hand I played I finally hit a four of a kind. Was playing ddb. I play about 50 hands per minute so that’s a lot of hands not to get a four of a kind. This is my second visit there in four months and the same thing occurred on my last visit. I don’t think I will be going back. I haven’t won there in the last year.

Holy moly. I'm glad I caught this post, as it is outside the AC section. I usually play next door at Harrah's AC. I have thought about making the long walk to Borgata. But your post has rather changed my disposition. I love their glamour. But not at the cost of a total bust. They don't seem to be giving VP players any sort of runway nowadays. Obviously, you're not a single line player like me. But still, what a severe beat down! And back to back will really break your back.

Every player experiences a total beat down on occasion. it has nothing to do with what casino they are playing at. It has to do with that's the nature of randomness in video poker. Just because one player wrote about bad luck at a particular casino at a game you don't even play does not say anything about how that casino is in general.
