Why don't casino's have a lot of the new games?

There is a new game out there called Covid-19. Haven't seen it yet, but there are many variants. Volatility is high and there are very few uprights. Everyone says it sucks.

Covid-19 is a virtual game , keeps the players at home and they break even. Not as much fun as
being back in the Casino with the real excitement but its on its way ! Live on Video Poker
