I think Mohegan pays 25 percent of just slot revenue/win to the State of Ct. Of course vp machines are counted as slots.if I remember Historically Mohegan sun returns about 91% of the slot coin in to the players
25% is right for both Mohegan Sun and FW. Twin River is 61%. That I know for sure. Funny thing is with that huge nut Twin River slots return the exact same 91% that the Connecticut casinos do. The tax is paid, I believe on the "net gross" which is to say after the players payouts. There are also deductions for the cost of rebuilding the place, advertising, free play, etc. It is not so one sided as the numbers would indicate. The CT places had to buy the land and build those behemoths. Twin River got the land and the original structure from the old dog track which has been there since the 40's.

There's a Sucker born every minute and I think this Pandemic is bringing them out not only with short changed Royals but Triple O Roulette, 6-5 Blackjack Etc. If there is not another Casino near by it's just supply and demand. There's a lot of "We need to get out" people right now and they are supplying it.
Vegas is hitting record profits because of this.

That's the way it has always been. Nick the Greek was asked once why he still played faro when he was in Los Angeles when he knew all the L.A. games were rigged.
His famous answer: They're the only game in town.
In the era of 88% penny slots 6-5 JOB and its equivalents on other games frankly doesn't bother me much. Short pay royals as the cherry on the s*** sundae do bother me.

Let the customers make their choices while we target ours. It's hard enough to break even on 9/6 JOB and 8/5 BP. As an AC patron, that's all I play. I'll do some BPD if desperate to chase losses.

According to vp free2 , the bonus delux is not funtional at borgata at this time ,so its f pay job which is more compfy to play on the slants. .15 of 1 % lower but variance of 19.51 so milder flux !!

Update:
They do have a bank of 14 3,5 and 10 play multi games. They call it 3 hand, etc. rather than triple play so maybe that threw me off.
The multi-hand JOB is 7-5 with at least full pay royals at 5 coins. Similar lousy payouts on other games, not really worth noting.
As for the blackjack dollar minimum game kings I took the time to go over the full menu and found the additional information:
One card dealt to split aces so presumably no resplitting aces.
no double after split.
no surrender.
Double is on hard 10 or 11 only. No 9 or 8 as you would do in normal single deck vs. 5 or 6 and definitely no soft doubling.
My lady hit for $1701 on the stinkin rich penny slots so maybe I am in the wrong game!

I also spotted at least 2 NICKELS on the multi-plays. Will check out the deuces wilds next week and if they are slightly less awful than the single pay may switch from single coin on the one play to triple pay full coin nickels. Maybe. LOL

There are 2 different deuces schedule at Twin River.
I believe the following is good general strategy on both strategies:
1. Hold 2 pair if full house pays four of a kind pay the same. Otherwise dump 1 pair.
2. If flush pays 2 for 1 hold a pair over 4 card flush. If flush pays 3 for 1 hold 4 to a flush over a pair.
3. Hold inside straights
More succintly-nsud rules rather than fpdw rules even though the games are of course way subpar to nsud

Wow, all of this makes my 9/5 DDB I play with 5 coin max 4000 coin royal and video keno at just below 95% (the 5/5 pays 838 coins) seem lucrative here in Minnesota.

If U lose between 20k and 100k a year playing 99 percent games, I can’t imagine playing inferior games. Somehow with better discipline for 2021, I managed a 14k loss. Casinos know that discipline is a gambler’s biggest weakness. The only way to force the hand of these casinos is to stop going and or stop betting big. Easier said than done that is for sure. As long as they can get away with it and still make big money, our pay tables will continue to erode. Greed not only sets in with casinos, but with the patrons that play there as well. Almost a no win long term solution for video poker players when people are sucked in by mindless glitzy penny machines returning in the 86 percent range or worse.
