It's all about the volatility that you can stomach or what you're comfortable with. I have to admit that I love hitting the right quads on Double Double Bonus or Triple Double Bonus, but if you don't have any dealt hands your bank roll will suffer greatly.
I have found that Bonus Poker is a bit more exciting that just Jacks or Better, with only a very slight increase in volatility. If you have a larger bank roll that you're working with then the DDB or TDB games should eventually have the big payouts, just know that you may have to wait a while.
