Does this game exist anymore?

I have no idea what it is called, but 4 years ago I played this game at Planet Hollywood and Rampart. Now I can't find it anywhere. Is it gone?

That looks like Double Big Wheel. You got the highest possible multiplier there with a 4x multiplied by 4x.

2 are at MGM Detroit. Motorcity had a couple as well.
