Do any casinos have quick quads? I've never seen any.

I think it's usually available on Five Star Poker machines, although that's single line only. Multi-line Quick Quads may be harder to find.

I've seen them here and there. Pretty sure Ellis Island has a few.

According to vpFREE2, South Point still has quick quads with wheel poker.

Actually, this Videopoker.com site that you are on lists all casinos that do have Quick Quads! At the top of this site, click on "play; then click "Find on games in casinos"; then click the drop down arrow where it says "all Games"; then click on Quick Quads or fifty play Quick Quads, or hundred play Quick Quads. It will then list all the Quick Quads located in all of the US States. You can then high lite the State you want to see, and it will list every casino along with how many machines are in each one. Perfect! Very unfortunately however, Quick Quads are very rare. We must all petition casinos to install many more of these. Best and most fun poker game on the market by far!!! Good Luck.
