I have to reserve my excitement for the monthly contest because there have been times where I've been caught going into the last day or two. Good luck to you and all!

I don't do well on the monthly. Get frustrated playing several hands and not one four of a kind. But I keep playing with hopes I will hit a royal.

I'm very confused on how the contest scores are calculated. Current contest (12/16/24) shows the high individual score as 17,215, but the high cumulative score is at 7,350. How can that be?

Also, I am currently sitting at a cumulative score of 8,755. So why isn't mine the high cumulative score?

JWF, you must be talking about the host competition...The cumulative score of at least 7,350 is what you need to get into the top 100. If you have 8,744 cumulative, then you are in the top 100 for now. At the end of the week, the top 100 are in the Peanut Gallery.
The person with the highest score in a single game, will be the host for the week. That is not accumulated. That is the best score in one game.
