Question about Double Super Times Pay

I was under the impression that all naturally dealt royals automatically get a 10x multiplier guaranteed, and then a 1 in 15 shot at another 10x for a total of 20x. Was I wrong about the 10x guarantee? For some reason I thought I read it on here long ago.

I'm not sure but I don't think its automatic just because of the dealt royal. I think the multiplier must activate for that hand and if the royal is dealt, it will jump to the 10X.
Just my thoughts.
I just pulled the below from The Wizard of Odds site about Double Super Times Pay:
"There is an exception to the above rule for dealt royals. On a dealt royal, the probability of a multiplier on the deal is still 1 in 15, but if won, it is always 20, and there would be no opportunity for another multiplier on the draw. If the player does not win the 20x multiplier on the deal, then he gets a second chance at draw multiplier with a 1 in 15 chance, and average multiplier of 4.01."

That makes me feel like an idiot. All the times I've taken potshots on it were for nothing then.
