The new Dream Card Poker

Dream big, win big!

Building upon the popular Draw Poker with Dream Card game, this updated game brings the Dream Card feature to new heights. The new Dream Card Poker features a bonus that, when activated, awards the best possible 5th card on the draw - now on more rewarding hands. The bonus begins with the best of 3 possible dealt hands (similar to Super Hand Poker) combined with a Dream Card, so you're even more likely to earn those jackpots you have been dreaming of.

For those wondering about the return of the game compared to the old one, Expected Values are viewable using the Custom Pays feature.

8/6 Jacks or Better went from 98.400 to 98.490 (compared to 98.393 for the non-dreamcard pay table)

7/5 Bonus Poker went from 98.150 to 98.597 (compared to 98.015 for the non-dreamcard pay table)

9/5 DDB went from 98.410 to 98.003 (compared to 97.873 for the non-dreamcard pay table)

9/6 Triple Double Bonus went from 98.210 to 98.797 (compared to 98.154 for the non-dreamcard pay table)

20/12/10/4/4/3 Deuces Wild went from 98.100 to 98.390 (compared to 97.579 for the non-dreamcard pay table)

So the lower frequency bonus will add to the volatility of the game, but sometimes with a higher overall return. And all are of course higher than a standard game without the Dream Card feature.

As Webman requested I'll continue my thoughts from the attached thread here.

The Help screen on this game is not clear. If the 3 "behind the scenes" hands are only used when the dreamcard is dealt even more of the reason why those 3 hands should be exposed to make the game transparent. There's no reason those 3 hands can't come forward in the screen with 3 dreamcards and allow the player to pick one. The low percentage of the dreamcard activaton does not seem to be offset by the better starting hands in my opinion thus far. The mere fact that there are multiple examples of the game not choosing the best dreamcard at times leaves no faith that the game is choosing the best starting dreamcard hand. I say PASS.

I liked Dream Card Poker a lot, but I'm even more in love with Magic Deal poker. Nothing better than getting three magic cards.

Been playing a lot of Magic Deal for the 2x points on the site here. This on TDB is brutal unless you get 3 Magic Deal cards. Even getting 2 doesn't help much.
