Wow, great pull! Especially since you held AA2!
Certainly an interesting hold that would not occur in regular Double Double Bonus or even Triple Double Bonus. It is a fairly common hold in any Deuces Wild game.

One hold in this game that you would not see in either regular Deuces Wild or regular Double Double Bonus would be AAA2 when dealt AAA22. You actually should toss one of your two wild cards to get max EV. In actual single-line play, I wonder how many would toss the quints that earn you 60 coins with certainty for a shot at the quad aces plus a kicker (valued at 63.83 coins). There's roughly a 94% chance that you will lose 40 coins with this play (ending with only a wild four of a kind), a 4% chance that you will get another deuce to maintain your 60 coins with quints and that 2% chance of getting AAAA2 for a net gain of 1940 coins.

While you would hold AAA2 in triple double bonus when dealt AAA22, and I have seen games with low-paying wild royals where you should toss a single wild card holding 4 naturals to go for a royal, I don't think I have ever seen another play in which it is "correct" to toss one of two wild cards while keeping the other.

Plus in this game, if you pair the other kickers on the deal (AAA33 or AAA44), you follow a different pattern by only keeping AAA, which is usual in regular DDB games. But here you are only starting with a dealt hand worth 20 coins rather than 60.

I think this game is a great concept. But in my stabs, no natural quads yet. :( Best I've seen in a casino is 12/10 (quints/SF) which is 98.7%.

I'm more curious as to which program crunched the return for you??? And it gives you the strategy too???
The program I wrote by myself. However, I don't have strategy generator yet.
Well done!!! I assume your numbers match with the Wizard of Odds for other paytables of this game? It looks about right.

Yeah, i have tried to mess with the Wizard of odds hand analyzer to help determine some key holds. Like you should hold a natural full house with trip 5s-Ks for 20 coins (but it's close), but break the full houses with premium trips.
