Easy to calculate. Assume you played 52-card deck and you are talking about the Seq Royal in increasing order.

the odds is 1 in
a) 2598960 / 4 * 120 = 77,968,800
b) 52 * 51 * 50 * 49 * 48 / 4 = 77,968,800
