As of midnight Friday night, July 10, per the governor's order, you can no longer play video poker at bars in Nevada --- whether inside casinos or not. This eliminates plays for me at two separate casinos.
It's probably a smart move health-wise. In general, people at bars don't socially distance. Whether they gave a fig before drinking or not, after a few drinks most people are less responsible in terms of wearing masks than they were previously.
I hope people wise up, start behaving smartly, and have the rate of infection go down. If they do, the bars will open within a few weeks. If not, they could easily shut entire casinos down again

Same in Ct. Unfortunately many of the bars have the best pay tables but in light of everything going on with the virus and the behavior of people in general it is a smart move and we will just have to roll with it.
