Sequential Royal
Has anyone here actually ever got a sequential royal flush? The best I’ve done is flop 10, J, Q, K of spades and was drawing for the A of spades and hit an A of clubs. Does anyone know the odds of flopping a sequential? It must be astronomical. In the millions to one I’d wager.

I forget the probability myself. I will look it up in a minute after the post. I hit ine about 15 years ago on a 2 cent One Eyed Jacks game. They pulled those machines many years ago.

By coincidence, Tuesday about 10 a.m. Pacific, my weekly blog is on sequentials and a big $150,000 hit on a 25 cent machine recently. You may find it at www.gamblingwithanedge.com

I was dealt the exact same hand on 5-play STP way back in 2014, managed to land one.

In the meantime, a question is posed in the blog that goes something like this: Assume you are playing 6-5 Bonus Poker with the sequential royal bonus high enough that it makes sense to hold one high card instead of two. You are dealt 6c 2c Qd Js 3h. Notice that both the Q and J are in "sequential position." If you're only going to hold one of the high cards, which one should it be?

That's what it looks like to me, as well.

Even there is a difference, the difference is negligible. Can someone please spend more time on some useful topic?
The seq royal happens about every 2 million hands assuming both ways. I have hit one as the regular royal flush. Forget about it if anyone hasn’t hit one yet. It doesn’t happen a lot.

Stevel96a1,I know you might be frustrated with some folks here, but this sort of name calling isn't permitted in the forum. Please take a different approach in your future posts.
