Tad blurry, but that's Caesars Windsor from Woodward and Jefferson in downtown Detroit.
Haven't seen these lights on in a long while.

They just opened up....sort of. Just 50 people allowed at a time and it is by invite only. This is a big casino and they can't make money with only 50 gamblers.

This restriction applies to all casinos in Ontario. Frankly, I do not totally understand the rationale behind it.
I am not saying I do not believe in being careful. But, applying this arbitrary limit to all casinos, without consideration of the huge difference in their available gaming space does not make much sense to me. Something based on a square feet to persons requirement makes a lot more sense to me.

Most casino's here in the states are shutting down every other slot machine. Some table games have plexi glass dividers between seats. Masks are mandatory. Your temperature is checked on the way in.

Yeah I saw all of that in the news here. Kind of silly for a sprawling, large casino. I haven't been the since before 9/11/01. I honestly preferred the old boat (Northern Belle) and art gallery casinos before this permanent location.

Where I play, there is plexiglass between many of the machines while elsewhere in the casino its every other machine shut down.

Wow. I wish that AC had incorporated plexiglass between machines. I guess they already addressed concerns by the shut down system. It looks pretty cool between table players and creates much more privacy. Nobody fighting their way into a spot.

No plexiglas between machines at Mohegan Sun. Every other machine is shut down though and all the venues and many tables have plexiglass partitions

I think that I'll go back to playing exclusively at Harrah's. Carousel set up, so there are no distractions from other players. Plus they have not lowered their pay tables yet. I've had my share of bad days and sworn them off before. But now, in the wake of Ocean's machine shenanigans, I appreciate what a good option they present. I was a fool to hang out there, get sucked into the Ultimate X boom or bust garbage and bust.

FAA, can you expand on what you wrote regarding shenanigans at Ocean's Casino? I searched and I couldn't find anything that mentioned shenanigans.FAA wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 5:20 pmI think that I'll go back to playing exclusively at Harrah's. Thank you in advance for your help and, as usual, best of luck to you.
