I have had two quads dealt in a row. Then had held two and ended up getting the other two for another quad.

Could the original poster please clarify that all 3 quads were dealt. I had one that I remember sequential Royal, but that is over maybe 20-22 million hands. It was on a penny poker machine years ago and didn’t pay extra for it.
