And I am too lazy to put the comma in as well. Also, the way I was taught to make the dollar sign always had 2 lines not one. Computers however, always use one
as far as I know. Even the old manual typewriters used two lines. At the risk of being coined Anal retentive which I don’t mind by the way, here is a photo of an old manual typewriter’s keys. To me that scripted dollar sign just exudes the word money.
