And I like "FAA royal" for the short coin version.
For a 1-coin, I was still using "Florida royal."

I'll update my bookmarks.

You won't see any one or two coin RFs from me. Hopefully, my next RF will be a full one. I think that my best option is to consolidate all my play at Caesars. This way I can pursue five coin play at both the quarter and dollar levels with just a quick dash between banks.

It sounds like a lot, but it isn’t. I play about one million hands a year and have been playing video poker for over 25 years. I should have had over 35 dealt Royals. To the best of my memory, I have had less than 10.
Not counting Dream Card or Magic Deal I've only had 1 dealt royal while playing video poker in casinos going back to 1987. Who knows how many hand's I've played in that time but its more than 100.

There was a similar thread to this current one in late 2017 - early 2018. It was called Lifetime Dealt Royals.

At the time, I listed five dealt casino royals. They were: 25c single line at the Showboat in Atlantic City, 25c single line at the Aquarius in Laughlin, 25c single line at Seneca Allegheny, 25c triple line progressive at the M ($3224), and 50c five line at Casino Rama ($10,000).

The most recent one on that list was the Seneca Allegheny one, which was in mid October, 2015. Unfortunately, that list hasn't changed in the last three years, meaning it's now been over five years without one.

I recently decided to start playing. But since I only know about gambling in theory, I decided to consult my father. My father has played in casinos all his life, and almost everything we have is bought with the money he won on bets.

Twice that I recall, $3,000.00 triple play quarter Double Super Times Pay, the last week that Harrahs had a property in Maryland Heights (STL) before selling to Penn. Dealt Heart Royal x 3 no multiplier, 5 hands later diamond Foyal dealt, middle line hit - 4 Royals same machine in 5 hands! Recently, Beau Rivage, at the bar, 5 play UX, 5 cent, 3x all hands, dealt hearts, locked up, 60,000 nickels for $3,000.00 again.

Two times:

Once on a quarter machine at Talking Stick in Arizona.

The second and this was the best at the Aquarius in Laughlin NV:

Held a Jack of Spades and hit on a dollar machine. Played 5 more hands on the same machine a got a Royal on the deal. $8000 in less than 5 minutes.
